Individual Fee Information

Effective June 1, 2003

An administrative fee is due at or before the beginning of the first mediation session

Mediation fees are due at the end of each mediation session

A Drafting fee is due at the end of the final mediation session, if you choose to have the mediators draft the agreements you have reached

If your annual income is

less than $20,000

Administrative Fee: $15.00

Per Hour Mediation Fee: $20.00

Drafting Fee: $20.00

If your annual income is

between $20,000 and $50,000

Administrative Fee: $30.00

Per Hour Mediation Fee: $50.00

Drafting Fee: $30.00

If your annual income is

more than $50,000

Administrative Fee: $30.00

Per Hour Mediation Fee: $80.00

Drafting Fee: $30.00
